The Care Administration, with approximately 1275 employees, encompasses five areas of operation. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term accommodations, as well as management support.

The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our aim is that care and support should be based on cooperation between the individual, relatives, and employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in our short-term accommodations, you have a central and independent responsibility for medical care. You make your own observations and assessments, plan and follow up on interventions to ensure the best possible care for each patient.

Documentation is done in the journal systems Lifecare and APPVA, and you become an important part of an engaged team where the patient is always at the center. The role includes mentoring care staff as well as coordinating and distributing care work, a task that requires both structure and flexibility.

You have close contact with relatives and contribute to security and good communication. Workdays are varied, ranging from preventive measures to acute situations. With us, you receive continuous guidance in the nursing group, which creates an open climate and gives you the opportunity to develop in your professional role.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with several years of professional experience
• Is used to taking responsibility while enjoying teamwork
• Has the ability to mentor and support care staff in a pedagogical manner
• Is attentive and available in dialogue with care staff
• Is structured and skilled at prioritizing in a varied everyday life
• Is confident in your profession and meets patients and relatives with respect and warmth
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both with colleagues and relatives

• Further education in district, elderly, or psychiatric care
